The website (thefamilytracker.com) is a presentation site only. All functionality is available within the mobile app.
No Web Accounts or Payments
- Accounts are created within the mobile app
- No accounts are created via the website
- All payments and subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store and Google Play
- We do not process payments directly
Subscriptions
Premium features are offered through in-app subscriptions.
- Pricing: €1/month per family, billed annually
- Free plan: limited functionality and family size
All billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple and Google.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the app lawfully
- Respect the privacy of others
- Ensure proper consent from family members
Family Member Consent
Users are responsible for ensuring that all individuals included in their family group:
- Are aware of the app usage
- Have given appropriate consent

The app must not be used for unlawful tracking, surveillance, or misuse.
